Supporting contact center operations remotely, the full-time Contact Center Specialist will gather operational data, assist in resolving customer inquiries, and contribute to service quality improvements by following established procedures and guidelines. Key responsibilities Gather and input standard operational data to analyze contact center efficiency and assist in preparing operational reports Support customers by providing information and resources or directing them to the appropriate parties while resolving routine issues Collaborate with team members to address business problems and escalate issues as necessary, while adhering to established priorities and deadlines Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in a corporate or business office environment Basic knowledge of labor environment regulations, performance standards, and operational measures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Experience in healthcare or a heavily regulated industry is preferred
