Key responsibilities: Manage inbound calls to educate customers on retirement plans and respond to inquiries Strive for first call resolution while addressing customer needs and issues effectively Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service delivery and career growth Required qualifications: College degree with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience Proficiency in basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems Strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Availability to work shifts between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply for additional opportunities
